Yes! Most Bleu Bear Designs products are custom or made to order, which means they are created specifically for you once your order is placed.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to ship. All items are made to order and require processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do shipping times at checkout include processing time?
No. Shipping estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Bleu Bear Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
