Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Once
an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. All
items are made to order and enter production quickly.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?
Yes! Most Bleu Bear Designs products are custom or made
to order, which means they are created specifically for you once your order
is placed.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to
ship. All items are made to order and require processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email
with tracking information.
Do shipping times at checkout include processing time?
No.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We
ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected at the time of
shipment based on your order and shipping method.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Bleu
Bear Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact
the carrier directly for assistance.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing
your order.
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at
the customer’s expense.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
🔔 All sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The
item has a manufacturer defect, or - An incorrect
item was sent
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues,
color preference, or change of mind.
What should I do if my item is defective or incorrect?

Who pays for return shipping on defective items?
If the issue was our error, we will cover return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I choose the correct size?
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart listed
on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we cannot
offer size exchanges.
Will colors look exactly the same in person?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and
lighting. This is normal and not considered a defect.
How should I care for my apparel?
For best results:
- Wash
inside out in cold water - Use
mild detergent - Tumble
dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the design
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for approved defective or incorrect
items. All other sales are final.
Can I use discount codes on bulk or wholesale orders?
Discount codes may not be used on bulk, wholesale, or
large-quantity orders unless explicitly approved.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer standard wholesale pricing. Orders placed in
large quantities using discount codes may be canceled.
