  • Change of mind
  • Color or style preference
  • Items worn, washed, or used
  • Holiday or seasonal items
  • Wholesale, bulk, or discounted orders

Defective Merchandise or Wrong Item Received

If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • Return shipping will be covered only if the error was ours

Items must be returned within the timeframe provided once approval is granted.
Returns received outside the approved window will be refused.
